Really clear sound!

Not as powerfull as I expected them

Very good speakers with crystal sound.
I recommend them for rock music.
Try them and you will remember me!

How many times have you thought "I wish I could get more bass out of my system"well look no further, even running the amp on `source direct` the bass is solid, punchy and very controled without being overpowering, as near to a live performance as you could expect from a speaker at this price.

No real weaknesses with the 702e apart from the occational lack of crispness at high end frequencies on certain recordings, but that could just be the recording.

The Mission 702e`s are without doubt a very compitant speaker, the bass response being the outstanding feature over the 702`s acheived by the larger cabinet size (almost double) and as we all know, bass is all about moving air and the cabinet holds plenty of it which is disscharged through the bass relex port giving a solid and well controled response. I originaly had them wired with CableTalk 3.1, but have recently Bi-Wired them with more CableTalk 3.1, with a noticably difference in control. Overall SUPERB

A pair of "very" old Heybrook HB1`s have been replaced by the Mission`s. Speaker design has come a long way since I bought them.

Price. This luodspeaker offers much for that price. It doesn't exaggerate in bass section and it reproduces clear mid & high tones. They give exellent results with home cinema & very good with music. I use them with Pioneer DVD DV 525 & Yamaha RXV 595 RDS receiver and I think that it is a very good match but I think that they are the weakest part of that system so I'll probably purchase a higher class loudspeakers.

Do not even think about using that speakers seriously without spikes & with grills on. They sound much better when you do so. Of course you must take care of right placement.

Very good speakers for price paid - especially for home cinema. But, there are better speakers for music.

KEF Cresta 3. They are slightly more expencive but sound much much better - especially in mid tones. If I had another chance for buying that price-class speakers I'd buy KEF's.

I have only had these for a short time but I am very impressed with them for the price. Used for casual listening and home theater.
