Strength:
Price, picture quality One of the better projection T.V.'s for the price($1400.00 @Best Buy). However, I cannot complain having only paid $800.00 for an open item(the way to go). I must admit, it is tedious to get the optimum configuration. I love the two s-video and f-type inputs. The remote is inadequate due to limitations for other components such as satelite. |

Strength:
nice jackpack, great brand name, well priced.
Weakness:
automatic convergence would be nice. First of all I would like to comment on the poor review posted by a fellow from Regina Canada. You have to realize that when you buy a grey market television from an unauthorized Toshiba dealer, you are bound to run into problems. Similar Products Used: sonyv80, rca 52926, hitachi D series, zenith, panasonic |

The picture is sharp with black blacks and vivid colors. The speakers have good bass sound. This TV has three sets of A/V inputs with s-video and one set component inputs. |

Strength:
50" Toshiba TV for under 1K
Weakness:
So far, none found Bought one at a store for less than $1K, and it wasn't a refurb or open box. Really good image quality, whether I'm playing DVD (Toshiba 2109) or cable broadcast. In my side-to-side comparisons, Toshiba rear-projection TVs have shown to be better TVs than Sony. Just a personal opinion. |

Strength:
Not overly large, nicely proportioned for a 50” RPTV. 3 sets of inputs, PLUS component. Remote is not great, but not bad. Great price point. Great entry level set for first time RPTV purchasers.
Weakness:
Not HD-Ready, not 16:9. But, you do get what you pay for. Wanted to take the plunge in a RPTV, so I started shopping. Toshiba has a good reputation, and it shows even in its low-end sets. Similar Products Used: None - First RPTV. This set replaced a 10 year old RCA 25" mono TV. |

Strength:
Good Picture, Component Video Input as well as S-video
Weakness:
NONE YET This is overall a good buy for a entry level projection bigscreen. I have had no problems with my tv. Sometimes it is better to spend alittle more money locally (and get better face to face customer service) instead of on the internet, but this is the consumers choice. To sum up this Toshiba Projection tv is : gerat picture, alot of features, and good shoud from front speakers. Also don't expect a 1,500.00 tv to perform like a Sony projection that cost 2,999.00++++++. Similar Products Used: Sony, RCA, |
