Strength:

Lots of features, component video input, XDS Info

Weakness:

Remote (specifically the cheap switch between TV/CATV/VCR).

Great product. Clear picture, especially with component
inputs from my DVD (Toshiba 1200). Lots of features,
but the one I use the most is XDS info. Turn it on,
and it tells you the station, program/movie title,
minutes remaining, and minutes total for the program.

I've owned this for quite a while, and I don't notice much
drifting at all.

Tried to use the speaker as a center speaker for my Sony
Pro-Logic system, but it was pretty bad (not very crisp
sound).

Only real complaint I have is the cheap remote control. Dropped it one day, and the TV/CATV/VCR switch came out.
Luckily, It just snaped back in place. Also this switch doesnt seem to keep place, and I end up changing channels
on the TV instead of the CATV.

Overall, and excellent system for the price.

Strength:

Excellent rear projection 4:3 TV for the money ($1300), when adjusted with Video Essentials

Weakness:

None

Great build quality, number of connections available and picture and sound quality for about $1300. It is not HDTV ready, but until HDTV really catches on sufficient programming is broadcast in HDTV, you can not go wrong with this set. By the time that happens, the price on HDTV sets should come down significantky and with better technology than today to boot. So why waste the money on HDTV now?
