Strength:
Excellent picture; logistics of a FLAT screen
Weakness:
big and heavy We've had this unit for about 8 months and we're very pleased with it. The picture is excellent--bright with good colors. Our bedroom has some oddly placed lights and a pretty low ceiling in exchange for lots of space. The flatness of the screen really helps avoid glare, and the tube's brightness (despite excellent black) overcomes ambient light nicely. |

Strength:
Great Picture
Weakness:
Same (offensive) buzz as documented throughout this review thread After two returns I've given up on this set, I can't believe that a Wega class TV (even a lowly 20") could consistantly deliver such poor audio. A constant buzz/hum is heard even when the speakers are set to "off" unless the set is muted - one would expect that no change in audio from the set's speakers would result when changing the volume with the speakers set to off - but it does happen! It has a fantastic picture, but whenever the program material is silent I once again hear the HUM. Probably the best set out there for the hard of hearing (seriously - great picture). Strength:
the picture is great!! easy to hookup playstation with front jacks.
Weakness:
it is so good that watching stuff on other tvs makes everything look dull and round. I would not buy this tv again. i would buy the 32" model. the only thing i would like is an illuminated remote. otherwise this tv is fantastic. Similar Products Used: none |
