Beatiful picture and sound.

Totally poor quality

I cannot believe how low Sony's quality is those days.
After buying this TV last July and watching it for 10 months only it totally went down - no sound, no picture.
Sony authorized repair man is going to charge me $160 for the fix labor. Problem is, it's been 3 months and he is still waiting for the parts from Sony. So I don't have a TV.
I don't know where to complain or how to show Sony how dissatisfied I am.I used to think of Sony as high-quality company. Well, not anymore. I've spent $850 to use this poor-quality-wonderful-picture-TV for just 10 months.
Unbelievable.
