This is seriously hard to swallow. Dr. Dre and audiophile go together like 20′ rims on a Porsche 911. Big wheels like big bass does not make things better.  All his ‘Beats” based gear is blown out BOOM BOOM bass centered. I think it is an interesting combo of record label, artist, and technology company, but audiophile or even close to such a thing it is not. Besides, didn’t ogg files already prove there is better then MP3 technology for audio on computers, and how popular are those?
