The economy is turning into a sad state of affairs. If you have some cash now is the time to stimulate! Most of you out there will have your job in for a long while to come. Especially those in the designated stimulus areas. So don’t hoard everybody else tax dollars. Spend and get our economy going again.

Magnolia Audio Video said Thursday that it will lay off roughly half its employees, close its corporate headquarters and distribution center in Kent, and shut down seven West Coast retail stores.
In total, 184 jobs will be eliminated from a 345-person work force, spokeswoman Sue Busch Nehring said.
The cuts will be completed by the end of the month, she said. All 82 jobs in Kent will be eliminated, as will about 100 in the seven stores being closed, two of which are in the Seattle area.
The company’s other six stores, all of them on the West Coast, will remain open. Of those, one is in Bellevue and one is in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Also remaining open will be the Roosevelt Design Center in Seattle and all 350 Magnolia Home Theater locations within Best Buy Stores across the U.S.

I am sorry to see anyone loose their job. However, my most recent experience with a Magnolia store inside of a Best Buy was very sad.
The salespeople working the shift could not even demonstrate a Sonos system. If your trying to sell a $1,000+ system you should be able to demonstrate it.
