I found the speaker quality worth about the hundred dollars
i paid for them, i took out the woofers and put 'em in my ride. Probably the optimum choice of use being that the tweeters blew out in less than a week. All in all, these are a great find for the avid speaker dismantler or undercover policeman. (The three stars are for the woofer ...which is moderatetly decent)
Find 'em at a white van near you.

I saw threw the jerks.

The jerks were persistent and I couldn't enjoy my Rita's Italian Ice.

I was with a friend at a Rita's. You know, the great Italian Ices. Good stuff. We were on our way to the mall and we decided to stop. We sat by a Rite Aid drive through to eat the italian ices and two guys, probably in late teens or early twenties drove by in a white van. They asked us if we wanted to buy the speakers, didn't show us anything. They said that they got them from "work" for free and they'd give me a great price. I told them I wasn't interested but they kept pressing. They eventually left, and my friend and I assumed that the speakers were stolen. I told another friend about it and he referred me to this page. Bizarre that there's a whole scam thing going on. It seemed to unprofessional to me. Hopefully these "reviews" will keep others from falling prey to this scam.

Yep! I joined the club! same white van, in home depot linden NJ. Thought I had a deal. I wish I saw this on the news some time. At least I only lost 200, I can just think of how mad you must be if you spent more! And for all you NY/NJ people if you ever see on the news a bad crash involving a red camaro and a white van you know what happened!!

I got ripped off

I bought these speakers from a guy in a blue truck. I thought it was a good deal but then I found out the warrenty and everything else was bullshi t! We should all do something about this if everyone is getting ripped off! If no one else has any ideas for doing something, email me and maybe we can do something about these b astards.

I am a stupid stupid man

I was told that they had ordered too many and wanted to give me a good deal. I thought i was buying top quality stuff. These guys tried to tell me that $120 was no where near what they were looking for but they where going to do me a favor and that the next time i saw them I had to buy them a beer because of the great deal they where giving me. Lucky I was at my bank at the time and the bank camara got the van on tape.
